Upload a HIV self-testing Result

Wait for 20 minutes for the results after doing the test. Take a photo of the Test strip immediately after 20 minutes. Next, take a photo of the kit package with the barcode.

Log in to the platform using your mobile number

Go to My Account and select My HIV self-testing

Click on the HIV self-testing Order

Click on the Pending Upload link on the Test Result

Select the images of the test kit and package (one or more) from your mobile gallery or system and upload.

Select the result of the Test – Positive (Reactive) / Negative
(Non-Reactive)

Note If you are not sure of the steps, send picture of your test strip and kit package to your Virtual
Counsellor via Whatsapp. Your information will remain confidential with us.
